This is a Premier Kites Fun Flyer Diamond kite. This is their "Alien" fun flyer. It is 15 inches by 15 inches, and made out of fiberglass frame with ripstop nylon sail. It comes complete with line, winder, and tail.
These are very well made, and highly durable because of the materials their made out of. Buy a quality kite like this to give someone instead of one of those cheaper plastic "disposable" kites out there.
